Goal
To try and take a photo of every time I ride the 7 train, near the 7 train for at least 1 year. See the changing of the seasons and the changing of the city. It could be a platform, a car, people, buildings, everything and nothing.
I’m a lifetime New Yorker and I’ve always lived in Queens. The brief period where I wasn’t taking the 7 train… sucked.
UPDATE: Goal complete! From November 2010 till December 2011 I captured MANY photos of the 7 train and kept to the spirit of my goal of a minimum of 1 photo per ride. On the downside, there was around 4 months of the year where I wasn’t riding the train (2 overseas, 2 telecommuting). On the upside, the queue served me well and I was able to post at least 1 photo daily.
I will continue to take more snapshots and reblog photos of the 7. I ride it more regularly now and hope to get more great photos.
